RRW Maintenance

RRW Maintenance for iPhone and Mac

RRW Maintenance is the equipment maintenance system used by the staff of Rest Recovery Westminster, a recovery and wellness studio in Westminster, Colorado. It replaces the paper checklist that used to live on a clipboard next to the equipment.

What it does

Tap an NFC tag on a piece of equipment to see exactly what maintenance is due on it right now.
Follow the written steps for each task, including the safety warnings specific to that machine.
Mark work complete. Every completed task is logged with who did it and when.
Get a notification when something scheduled was missed, so it does not quietly slip.
The owner console on Mac shows compliance across the whole studio, full history with filters, a feed of missed items, and CSV export.

Equipment covered

Cold plunge, float tank, hyperbaric chamber, red light panels, compression boots, PEMF machine, salt room, and infrared sauna. Each piece carries its own task list, schedule, and operating limits, taken from the studio maintenance manual.

Who it is for

This app is built for Rest Recovery Westminster staff. It is not a general purpose maintenance tool and it has no content or function for someone outside the studio. Access requires Sign in with Apple, and the shared maintenance records belong to the studio.
