Rest Recovery Westminster LLC built RRW Maintenance for the staff of its own studio. This policy explains what the app stores, where it goes, and what we do not do with it. It is short because the app does very little with data.

Sign in with Apple is the only way to sign in. Apple gives the app a user identifier that is unique to this app and cannot be used to identify you anywhere else, plus the name you choose to share. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address. We do not request or store your password.
The app reads short identifier tags attached to studio equipment, used only to open the right equipment screen. Tag scans are not logged as location data and the app does not read anything other than the equipment identifier it wrote.
Notifications are scheduled on your own device for maintenance deadlines, and a silent push is used to keep the shared records in sync between the phones and the Mac console. Notification content never leaves Apple's systems.
Maintenance records are shared among studio staff by design. Other staff and the owner can see which tasks you completed and when. That is what the app is for, and it is the only sharing that happens.
Maintenance history is kept as the studio's operating record. To have your staff record and the name attached to it removed, email westminster@restrecoverywellness.com and we will delete it from the studio database. You can also revoke the app's Sign in with Apple access at any time in iOS Settings under your Apple Account, which stops the app from identifying you.
The app is a workplace tool for studio staff and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the updated date above changes and the new version is posted here before the change ships.
